| Important Warranty Details: |
Before returning an item for warranty considerations, please see the following: |
- Before sending the item, contact AMS to determine whether the item is within the warranty period and to alert AMS of your warranty claim.
- We will arrange to evaluate your item for warranty consideration upon receipt and proceed as appropriate

| For Customers Information |
- Working hours are from 9-6pm, Lunch Hour 1pm-1.30 pm
- Minimum Testing, Trouble Shooting, Handling charges will be informed before accepting the item for repairs.
- Please confirm the estimation charges before repairs are carried out.
- Please insist for the explanation of the job done and test of the repaired materials.
- Defective parts, components will not be returned under any circumstances.
- Please mention MRA (Material Receipt Acknowledgement) in all communications.
- Standard Repairs and Reconditioned Units are warranted to be free from defect in workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of three months from date of delivery/shipment unless otherwise stated.
- AMS is not responsible whatsoever if the equipment is not collected within 30 days from the date of information.
- Accessories (if any ) are accepted under owner’s risk, AMS is not responsible for the accessories, mentioned in the customer delivery challan.
- Our warranty is void if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, cannibalization of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage, or handling by the customer, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the barcode label or etching has been removed or altered in any manner.
- Limited Liability: Our sole obligation for warranted units is Advanced Micro Services’, option to return the fees paid or repair/replace any defective products, and in no event shall Advanced Micro Services Pvt. Ltd be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of any repair services or remanufactured goods.
- Repair warranty is as mentioned in the repair quote on an item.
- Repairs will be carried our only when payment terms are met as mentioned in the repair quote.
- All payment s to be made through Demand Draft in favour of M/s Advanced Micro Services Pvt. Ltd payable at Bangalore.
- For Data Recovery: Any amount of data collected amounts to Data Recovery and quoted charges for the data recovery will be collected.
- All repairs carry a service tax of 12.36% on the price quoted
