| Upon the receipt of product, the customer is given a unique Material Receipt Acknowledgment ( MRA ) number to track the status of the repair through our web site under CUSTOMER LOGIN tab. Then we diagnose and give the quotation with inspection report . On the receipt of the work order the repairs is undertaken. The repair status is updated at a regular interval. After the successful repair, the product is delivered to the client. |

- Standard Repair
Standard Repair typically takes up to 15 business days from the time items are received. Please note that the time to repair varies on the level of repair, the availability of components & documentation.

- Express Repair
Express Repair is our guarantee that as long as components are readily available, we will have your item repaired within 2 business days of receiving it.

- Warranty
We offer a general 1 month warranty from the date of installation. We also provide an extended warranty for certain products and requirements.

At AMS, we do extensive component level repairs, replacing bad components, touching up older traces and nodes as well as testing ICs, EPROMs, PALs, GALs, Surface mounted components and more. Active and re-active components are static tested. Each repaired item is subjected to dynamic function tests to verify successful repair.
